Chuck E. Cheese...Shame on Chuck

Management need an overhaul. Recent trip to Chuck E. Cheese will ensure we never again take our two boys...ages 5 and 2 back to this establishment. After paying almost $300 for a B-day party, they had the audacity to refuse to honor 4 (10 free token) coupons my son received from other children on the day of his birthday citing we HAD to purchase food with each one of the tickets. I calmly explained that on the day of his party WE DID PURCHASE FOOD for every child there (2 slices and a drink)(let's face it, it's cheap and not so tasty fare anyway) and we even paid for an adult platter of sandwiches for the parents with drinks...after all we didn't pay almost $300 to have a guy in mouse suit come out and do a dance did we? CEC Entertainment flatly refused our e-mail inquiry from the CEC site simply reiterating what the manager said about purchasing food and that essentially it was just too bad! WE WILL NEVER AGAIN ENTER THAT SHAM OF A BUSINESS as a result of this incident...it's a matter of principle to us, certainly not 40 tokens because for the dozens of times we've gone in there and puchased 100 tokens before we could have cared less about that, they just did an injustice to a 5 year old. Well we say SHAME ON YOU CHUCK E. CHEESE and BUSTERS HERE WE COME!
